I know that most are quite dark, but my guy friend in England sent me a book of poetry from wars. It’s called Up the Line to Death. It’s really good if you ever need a new poetry book to look through :)
Oh and if you can’t find the some of the poems let me know and I’d be happy to type them up, most of the suggested aren’t too long.
